Welcome to my next blog post based on our ‘Ask Angelika’ shows with practical or useful sentences you might hear or use yourself in certain scenarios.

Today we’re talking about the weather.

Heute ist es sonnig und warm.
Today it’s sunny and warm.

Es regnet schon den ganzen Tag.
It’s been raining all day.

Morgen wird es kalt und neblig sein.
Tomorrow it will be cold and foggy.

Der Himmel ist heute bewölkt.
The sky is cloudy today.

Es wird heute Nachmittag gewittern.
There will be thunderstorms this afternoon.

Es liegt ein leichter Schneefall in der Luft.
There is a light snowfall in the air.

Die Temperaturen werden in den nächsten Tagen steigen.
Temperatures will rise in the next few days.

Der Wind weht heute aus südlicher Richtung.
The wind is blowing from the south today.

Es wird heute Abend leichter Frost erwartet.
Light frost is expected tonight.

What can you do with these sentences to remember them?
