Ich muss meinen Blutzucker messen.
I need to check my blood sugar.

Ich muss Insulin spritzen.
I have to inject insulin.

Es ist wichtig, dass ich regelmäßig meine Medikamente einnehme.
It’s important that I take my medication regularly.

What can you do with these sentences to remember them?
