Are you playing with the white or black pieces?

We need to set up the pieces correctly.

That’s an interesting opening.

Das war ein guter Zug!
That was a good move!

Darf ich den Zug zurücknehmen?
May I take back the move?

Möchtest du das Spiel aufgeben?
Would you like to resign the game?

Ich denke, das ist ein Schachmatt.
I think that’s checkmate.

What can you do with these sentences to remember them?
